Born in Atlanta, Georgia, grew up in Opelika, Alabama.

Attended the University of Alabama, where he was treasurer of the student government. He graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Professional Life: |

Michael started law practice as a clerk for the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in Montgomery, Alabama before becoming a staff attorney. Starting in 1991, he practiced in the area of commercial litigation, first as an associate and then as a partner, with the Birmingham, Alabama law firm of Berkowitz, Lefkovits, Isom & Kushner. He relocated from Birmingham to Atlanta in 2000 and, after being a member of the Georgia Bar started practicing the areas of residential and commercial real estate. He joined Ganek Wright Minsk in 2004.
Hobbies and Interest: Michael loves college athletics, tennis and travel.
