Joined the Georgia Bar in November of 1990.
Between law school and getting LLM worked in Atlanta for Trust Company Bank (now SunTrust Bank) in the Trust Department.
After graduating from Emory worked in Atlanta in areas of corporate law, taxation, and estate planning.
Entered the real estate law field in the "suburbs" in 1993 and have been enjoying this area of practice ever since.
Current practice is in the areas of residential, investment, acreage, and construction closings.
Member of Real Property Law section of Georgia Bar.
Member of Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.
Member of Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.
Personal Info:
Married since 1998. Have 3 children (one boy, two girls).
In spare time, I spend as much time as I can with my family. Also enjoy anything to do with history, just about any kind of sporting event on television or in person (just ask my wife) but especially the Tennessee Volunteers, and golf - playing it, watching it, reading about it.
