Graduated from Valdosta State College in 1979 with a B.B.A in Finance. Active in student government, SAE fraternity.

Graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1982. Active in student government, clerked for Cook, Noell, Tolley and Aldridge in Athens. Studies concentrated in business law.

Upon graduation, I moved to Atlanta and worked with a Buckhead tax firm for a year.  Joined Jeffrey P. Ganek's firm in 1984 to form Ganek & Wright, P.C. concentrating practice in area of residential and commercial real estate and Wills and Probate law.

Involved in Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney’s Association (Vice-President) and other Bar and law related organizations.

Serves as general counsel to and performs regular training classes for local real estate brokerage firms and lenders, guest speaker on local radio programs.

Practice concentration  is residential and commercial real estate settlement including builder/developer representation and estate planning.

Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University in the Real Estate and Risk Management and Insurance Departments.
