Amanda F. Calloway entered the field of law quite naturally. Her father, S. Marcus Calloway, was a widely respected attorney in Atlanta for many years and was the Founding Partner at Calloway Title and Escrow. Having grown up in a noted Atlanta real estate law family, Amanda has been voluntarily and involuntarily exposed to many aspects of the real state law process from the courthouse record rooms to the closing table. Amanda joined the firm in 2007 and currently acts as managing partner.
She attended two of Georgia’s top universities, receiving her BA in English from the University of Georgia Honors Program, graduating Cum Laude, and her Juris Doctor from The Emory University School of Law. Amanda became a member of the Georgia Bar Association in 2007 and a member of the South Carolina Bar Association in 2010. She is an active member of CREW Atlanta, and a graduate of the 2014 CREW Atlanta Leadership Program. Amanda serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia where she is the current chair. Amanda is a past President of Southeast Land Title Association, and continues to serve on the Membership Committee for the Georgia Land Title Association.
Amanda is an Atlanta native and currently resides in Sandy Springs with her husband, Kevin Mercer

Kyle J. Levstek received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Kennesaw State University in 2007. Prior to attending KSU, he attended Missouri Valley College on a football scholarship. Kyle received his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2011. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2011 and maintains active memberships with the Atlanta Bar Association and the Southeast Land Title Association. Presently, he is the Immediate Past President and Georgia Membership Chairman of the SLTA.He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Kyle started working for Calloway Title in 2000 as a copy room assistant and worked through the roles of legal assistant, title examiner, and senior closer before accomplishing his goal of passing the State Bar of Georgia in 2011 and returning to Calloway Title as an Associate Attorney. He became a member of the Tennessee Bar Association in 2017.
Kyle’s ability to comprehend every aspect of the title insurance business through his firsthand experience has made him a crucial asset to the firm, his co-workers, and his clients.
Kyle and his wife, Crystal, reside in Acworth, Georgia with their children, Cloey and Carter. Kyle and his family are members of West Ridge Church in Dallas, Georgia.
